PeterConnects Attendant offers many features with lots of configurable options which makes training a very important.

PeterConnects Attendant trainings
TechNetworks BV offers three different kind of training-programs:

  • End-User training 
    This training is a "must" for each customer. This is because the peterConnects attendant works differently from what most people expect. However once the user learns how to use the peterConnect Attendant correctly they will discover how powerful and user-friendly the system really is. The training course takes 2-4 hours and allows a for maximum 3 participants. It can be issued via a web-based service at the TechNetworks office or on customer premises*.
     
  • Sales training (resellers only)
    This 2-4 hour training course allows sales representatives to create correct quotes and provide basic demos of the software. You will all least require 2 persons in your company successfully complete this training and the technical training to receive a certified reseller status. The training course allows a maximum of 6 participants per course and can be issued via a web-based service, at TechNetworks office or on reseller premises**.
     
  • Technical training (resellers only)
    This 3 days training course allows technical personal to learn all they need to know about installing and servicing the peterConnects Attendant including the AsteriskConnect middleware. You will all least require 2 persons in your company successfully complete this training and the sales training to receive a certified reseller status. The training course allows a maximum of 3 participants per course and can be issued via a web-based service, at TechNetworks office or on reseller premises**.
     
  • Technical update training (resellers only)
    In case of a major new software release technical personal will need extra training for new features and changes. For certified resellers it's essential to receive this training in order to maintain their extra discounts. This one day training coarse allowing a maximum of 3 participants. It can be issued via a web-based service, at TechNetworks office, or on reseller premises**
     

*   Travel expenses from/to customer premises including hotel costs will be charged extra.
**  When training is performed on other locations than TechNetworks office building,
      the reseller will need to provide proper training facilities; 

  • A presentation system like a beamer or large PC screen
  • A clean but pre-installed MS Windows server 64 bit for each participant
  • A clean install of an Asterisk-based PBX with external SIP trunks and minimum of 3 SIP based phones. (At least one phone must be a Snom 3xx/7xx or Aastra 67xx/68xx)
